Holders of both Brookfield Asset Management Series 8 & 9 (BAM.PR.E
- ADP B103057 & BAM.PR.G - ADP B103058) are entitled to decide which
dividend option (fixed or floating) they would prefer to receive for the
next 5-years effective November 1, 2011. The new fixed dividend rate of
3.80% has been announced and as a result we have prepared the following
information that you may find useful when helping your clients determine
the best option with regards to their holdings.
